Responsibilities
Lead the UX design process of multiple projects simultaneously while handling teams through project completion.
Enable effective communication channels with the client and within the team to execute the projects.
Support research and analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
Collaborate with customers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are implemented effectively.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and technologies.
Skills required
- 5+ years of experience in the UX design, having full knowledge of UX design process
- Knowledge of Design system, components and patterns
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with wireframing, mockups, and prototyping tools including Figma.
- Experience with usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio of work demonstrating strong UX design skills.
